Hi, I have a problem. When I download the log, I get "Error, the local gameloglocation is NOT writeable! Please check file permission on '../gamelogs/server1_mp.log." I have given permissions to the file, but I've noticed that when I go back to FTP the file is no longer (it has been deleted).

edit the server in the stats...
delete the path of the logfile... save it..
edit again and insert the path again...

should work after this

I've done what you say, but when I give Run Parse , I get the following "Could not open the logfile game ../gamelogs/server1_mp.log - Check File name and path."

For some reason, when you downloaded the log is cleared from the FTP ultrastats and the program can not read.

Go into the your ultrastats, go into the "Edit" for your game server, and you should see a little check box for "User FTP Passive Mode". Check that and save, and give that a try. That is what i had to do for mine.
